InFiQuS is a company qualified to develop such projects and services as:
CHITOSAN
- Obtaining quality chitosan for special purposes.
- Designing, obtaining and developing specific products and ingredients made from chitosan to such sectors as food, pharmacy, cosmetics and organic agriculture.
- Supply consulting on the functional characterization of chitin, chitosan and their derivatives when requested by companies, research groups, administrations and individuals.
REVALUATION OF BY-PRODUCTS:
- chitin; β-glycans; brewer´s yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae); thistle (Cynara cardunculus) to obtain different ingredients (prebiotics, oligosaccharids, polysaccharids, food fibers, conveyor (? )nanoparticles, etc.).
